This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are affordable, especially considering the location. It is conveniently situated close to the tram line, making it easy to reach the CBD from St Kilda. Additionally, the hotel is surrounded by a variety of restaurants and shops, providing plenty of options for dining and entertainment. The proximity to Acland Street shops adds an extra level of convenience for guests. The friendly staff members provide good service and the basic amenities are provided. The rooms have a kitchenette and are well presented, just like the pretty pictures online. Plus, breakfast is offered, ensuring a good start to the day.
All was satisfactory, nothing to complain about.

The security, great location for what we needed. The girls at the main desk were fantastic on Friday afternoon we had to be at my Mum's funeral at 2.30 and we had driven from Beechworth in North East Victoria and they went out of their way to get us in our rooms a little bit early so we could relax and shower before going to this sad time for us and I thankyou and your staff so much. We will defiently be be using and recommending your services to the people up here where we live. Thanks again. Maree Percy

Early check-in; upgraded to a bigger apartment with a proper kitchen. Clean and comfortable with a decent shower and nice bathroom. Comfy bed with extra blankets available. Easy check-out process and close to shops and amenities. Helpful and friendly staff. Super modern and clean room with amenities like TV and complimentary coffee. Great location near public transport, cafes, and restaurants
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

Excellent position - St Kilda is a lively seaside suburb of Melbourne with plenty of bars, restaurants etc and easy access to central Melbourne. Room clean and comfortable and well equipped.
No lift - a problem with heavy cases and room on top floor. On-site reception only open 8am to middday, after that by telephone to remote location. Sloppy housekeeping - coffee condiments inadequately supplied initially and not replenished; extra pillows asked for, promised but not supplied; door key card failed after first night and it took severe pressure to persuade the remote receptionist to deal with it immediately.

Good quality bathroom and handy location
My partner and I got hardly any sleep. The walls felt like they were paper thin and we were kept awake throughout the night by conversations taking place down on the street and within the building complex. You could hear every word, splutter or cough that came out of a persons mouth. Also, some better blinds or curtains would help keep the bright light out in the morning.

We liked the closeness to St Kilda Beach, the penguins, the boardwalk, the shops & cafes, the easy access to trams into the city central. Also enjoyed the view from the roof and its accessibility.
Nothing to dislike.

verry small rooms more like super budget motels, cooking facilities consist of a tiny microwave, only just big enough to fit two minute noodles in!

The location of the apartment is great, as it is right next to the tram line that goes into the city. It is also close to all amenities, making it convenient for young families. The room and bathroom are clean, and the staff is helpful and responsive.
There is a lack of communication between the staff members, which can be frustrating when trying to address any issues. Wi-fi access can also be difficult at times.

Car security and position
Noise from other tenants . Young people had a party that went most of the night . Alot of yelling and screaming as well as laughing . When asked to be quiet it only made the noise worse .

Great location. Good concept.
windows need to be double glazed,as the sound from the surrounding restaurants cuts straight through the glass. Towells had small grey hairs in them??? Hot water inconsistant. HOT then Cold. Mould on the roof of the bathroom.
